Clicking this will take you to the new page, where you need to enter your zip code.Then click on Verify Zip Code at the bottom of the page.
In case you enter in-correct Zip Code or Zip code which isn’t in our service area, you will get a message informing you about that we don’t operate in that zip code.
After Verifying the correct Zip Code, website will take you to the new page. A list of all services offered by Big HA Service will be shown. You can select the service you’re looking from either Heating & Air Conditioning or Appliances.
Clicking on your desired service will take you to the new page, where you can select and click on the exact service you’re looking for.
After selection of the exact service, a page new will pop-up on your screen asking about number of ‘Installation of parts and equipment’.
You’ll be asked about additional details where you need to write short description of the problem you’re facing, any photos the broken part and also details needed for appointment. You may also add more services from Add more services and click on Book Service button.
On the next page you’d be asked to ‘Add your details’. Please fill out the form with correct details and the address at which you want service to take place.

After filling out the form, you will be taken to a ‘Calendar Page’, where you can select you preferred Date and Time for service for our technicians to arrive.
After clicking on the NEXT button, a new page will pop-up and you’ll be asked to confirm Services, Arrival Time, Location and your contact details. After verifying, click on Book my appointment button.
You’ll then be taken to a Thank You page confirming your booking. And a confirmation email will be sent to you.
You can also book your appointment directly from Home Page of the website where you can see a form on the right hand-side.
Fill out that form with all the required info, checking the Consent Tab & then press submit. You will see a ‘Thank You’ pop-up and a message saying that out team will contact you shortly
