10 out of 10 I would recommend these guys again! Art and Stan were completely professional and nice. They explained what they were doing to fix the washer and showed me everything. Art went out of his way to show me how to clean the washer after it was fixed and even gave me this handy gadget to keep the washer open so it can air out after the cycle. It was very evident they were super knowledgeable. The company was also super responsive on Yelp chat even later in the evening which was very reassuring when something needs to be fixed immediately. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that responds to your messages promptly. The washer in question works fine, but the boot gasket was moldy, so I contacted Big H&A for a quote to replace the gasket. Art, checked availability of the part, and they had it in stock. Got a very reasonable quote and we moved forward. Thanks for the great attentive service. BIG H&A guys are great! I'll be sure to contact them next time I need appliances serviced.

called around for 3 quotes to replace our HVAC and Big H & A offered the most competitive rates. Art came and took notes and pictures, explained to me the process. He was the only company that provided me with a detailed scope of work to be performed on the invoice. He was very through and that made me see that he took his work very seriously and would complete the job well. On day of work, he arrived on time. Completed the job within hours and was very thorough. He and his team were kind and courteous as well.

I can't say enough about Art and his company Big H & A. I give them my absolute highest recommendation! If you have the opportunity, you should work with Art. The HVAC system and Nest in my Los Feliz condo seemingly died out of the blue. I put out a request for quotes on Yelp on a Friday night. Art responded the fastest and had the most competitive quote. His communication was clear and quick. When Art arrived, he was friendly, clean, and respectful. He went up to the roof and solved the problem quickly. He even had the parts we needed on-hand. After he completed the job on the roof, he came back inside and stayed long enough to check both the heating and cooling. He also rewired our Nest so it would last longer and be more dependable. I had some great conversations with Art while he was at our place. He was a pleasure to have around. I will certainly work with Big H & A next time and recommend him to my friends. Thanks, Art!

Absolutely fantastic service!! I’ve used them multiple times and this last time i ened up having to replace the dishwasher because the parts would be more expensive. I had Alex as a tech this time but i’ve had another guy come before that was also amazing. They applied the $60 diagnostic fee to installation and even did free haul away of my old dishwasher! They were stable to come 1 hour after the new one was delivered and overall just a fantastic experience everytime i’ve called them!
